I was just sitting idly the other day when an interesting thought occurred to me,"what if this world possessed no writers, poets and authors?" The world would be a dull place and there would be no excitement in the journey of life.Writers weave an utterly different texture in the form of books, plays, poems and dramas that touch many hearts and leave us mesmerised. When one writes, his imagination knows no bounds and words flow out which form a tale. Writing is a great gift and calms down the body and mind which is bruised by our busy and intense schedules.A writers soul stands completely different from all others because writing is a creative expression, a way to pen down your thoughts and imagination which no other field or profession does. Each writer has his own style, flair and originality which no one can imitate.I think that each of us should maintain a journal(not to be confused with a diary) in which thoughts can be expressed and modified which could later evolve into an experience, story or article. Thus it is rightly said,"The pen is mightier than the sword"
True that! Writing truly is my passion.

Left in its wake are splashes of colour; crimson, orange and golden, skipping across the waves, cruising along the blue surf. Inky stains bleed across the sky as twilight approaches. The advent of velvety indigo, purple and black symbolize them regaining their nightly territory and thus ensues a clash of colour- a real-life watercolour over the ocean. Night tiptoes stealthily and the crescent moon glides, her creamy gossamer gown trailing and dipping into the water. It has floate...
